产品特点:
1、 本机采用先进的液压集成阀块。结构紧凑,减少管路连接,提高了系统的可靠性与易维修性。
2、折弯机采用并联油缸、为保证滑块在下死点精确定位,在油缸内设置机械挡块机构,由电机调整。滑块在行程中的同步,
采用机械同步机构,结构简单,稳定可靠,维修方便。
3、折弯机滑块行程可无级调节。
4、折弯机模具采用合金钢经过锻造、铣削、热处理磨削等加工而成。上模采用多件短模并接成整体长模,具有精度高、互换性好。便于装卸等特点。
5.标配DELEM DA-41或者斯伯克Touch6折弯机专用数控系统。
标准配置X(后挡料前后)、Y轴(滑块上下),双轴均采用
伺服控制,精度高。
6.后挡料采用直线导轨、滚珠丝杆,运行平稳、定位精度高。
